Lunch (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM): Arrive at your chosen safari lodge or tented camp within or just outside Amboseli National Park. Check-in, enjoy a delicious lunch, and take some time to relax and soak in the ambiance.
Afternoon (2:30 PM - 6:00 PM): Head out for your first exhilarating game drive! Your experienced guide will navigate the dusty plains, seeking out the park's famous residents. Keep your eyes peeled for elephants, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and various antelope species. With luck, you might spot your first big cats. The highlight of this afternoon will likely be your first clear view of Mount Kilimanjaro emerging from the clouds as the sun dips lower.
Evening (6:00 PM onwards): Return to your lodge/camp as the sun sets, painting the sky in fiery hues. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner, share stories of your first wildlife encounters, and perhaps enjoy a refreshing drink under the vast African sky.

Day 02 :

Full Day of Discovery – Elephants, Big Cats & Kilimanjaro's Splendour

Morning (6:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Rise early for a piping hot cup of coffee or tea, followed by an early morning game drive. This is often the best time to spot predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas as they are most active before the heat of the day. You'll explore different areas of the park, including the permanent swamps fed by Kilimanjaro's melting snows, attracting large herds of elephants, buffalo, and hippos, as well as a rich array of birdlife.
Late Morning (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast. Afterwards, you might have the option to visit Observation Hill, offering unparalleled panoramic views of the entire park, its diverse ecosystems, and the magnificent Kilimanjaro. This is a fantastic photo opportunity!
